Grabner Boote
GRABNER was founded in 1975 by Wolfgang Grabner as a manufacturing company for sporting goods. The production program included ski accessories, sports accessories, surfing articles, life jackets. When it came to life jackets, GRABNER was the most successful sporting brand in the world. There was a world patent for the Ready Bag article, and design protection for many other products. The products were produced under the own brand, but also under other customer brands.
After the purchase of the Semperit Bootsfabrik in 1986 and the other boat manufacturers Metzeler and Big Pack, the focus was on easily transportable touring airboats. Numerous new models - kayaks, canoes, all-round boats, rafts - were developed. Especially the sensational HAPPY CAT sailing catamaran. GRABNER is the world market leader for premium inflatable boats.
The customer service includes many extraordinary measures: 3,000 websites, GRABNER book, test events in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, information center GRABNER Bootswelt Haag. From 2013 it is new that you can test drive boats free of charge and without obligation on 150 days a year at the GRABNER boat test lake.
