Our Return Policy

If you ordered an item from the Nauticgate.com online marketplace or received a gift from someone through Nauticgate.com, you may not be satisfied with it, but some items can be returned for a refund, while others cannot be returned due to expiration, hygiene and operational reasons in particular then security risks & issues or other factors that may affect the security of users.

Complaints Procedure - Most items that are new and unopened (unboxed) can be returned within 30 days of delivery to Nauticgate.com for a full refund. Nauticgate.com only accepts returns on items purchased directly from Nauticgate.com; if you purchased an item from a third party supplier (seller) through Nauticgate.com, you will need to review the seller's return policy and contact the seller directly, the Nauticgate.com online marketplace can assist you in communicating with the supplier & seller.

Service complaint - Nauticgate.com only accepts returns for services purchased directly from Nauticgate.com; if you have purchased a service/service from a third party vendor through Nauticgate.com, you will need to review the service complaint policy and contact the vendor directly. Nauticgate.com can assist you in communicating with the supplier & seller.

Gift return - If you are the recipient of an unsuitable or unsatisfied gift purchased from the Nauticgate.com online marketplace, it will be returned in a new and unopened, unused and undamaged condition within 30 days back to the third party supplier through Nauticgate.com. Nauticgate.com will send you a gift card/voucher for the value of the returned item for use with a third party vendor selling on Nauticgate.com's online marketplace or for use by other Nauticgate.com sellers. In this case, you will be charged the cost of return shipping unless the reason for returning the item is an error on the part of Nauticgate.com.

Items that cannot be returned - Nauticgate.com's return policy prohibits the company from accepting select / certain types of items. The company does not accept for return open, damaged, worn or even partially used items that were not sold in this way, and food, medicines, hygiene items, underwear and items classified as hazardous materials or goods containing flammable gases, liquids or liquids cannot be returned. Nauticgate.com also does not accept software that has had an activation or license number, audio and video files in any format, or equipment that has been used for anything other than the purpose for which it was made. You cannot return an item with a missing serial number or universal product code.

Money Back - Nauticgate.com or a third party will issue a refund payment for the returned item/service based on the way you paid for the item. For example, if you used a credit card, the amount will be credited back to your credit card within three to five business days after Nauticgate.com receives the returned item. If you used a gift card, Nauticgate.com will credit your gift card balance within one to two business days. If you have purchased an item / service from a third party supplier, Refunds are based on the seller's return policy and you must contact the seller directly.

Some items and services are subject to partial refunds. What a third party or Nauticgate.com determines to have "obvious signs of use & exploitation" entitles us to refund 55% of the item's price unless it is a "non-returnable" item that cannot be returned. An unopened shipment returned in its original condition more than 30 days after delivery entitles you to a refund of 65% of the item price, subject to related factors. This return policy also takes into account the time costs of administration and other activities of sellers and Nauticgate.com.
The customer may initiate the return process by communicating with the seller or Nauticgate.com through the platform, as the case may be. The Seller or Nauticgate.com is not obligated to agree to any return unless all of these instructions are followed to the satisfaction of the Seller and Nauticgate.com. Customer acknowledges that returns may be refused if these instructions are not strictly followed. For a valid return, receive a product that is fundamentally different in nature from the Product specified in the Customer Agreement (order); or receives a defective or damaged Product.


Refund, Repair, Exchange, or Price Reduction: For products that qualify for a valid return, Seller or Nauticgate.com may Refund, Repair, Exchange, or Price Reduction: For Products that qualify for valid return, Seller or Nauticgate.com may at its discretion to offer the following corrective measures:
· Refunds: The seller or Nauticgate.com may offer the customer a partial or full refund of the price paid for the non-conforming product.
· Repairs: The Seller or Nauticgate.com may offer the customer a repair for the non-conforming product.
· Replacements: The Seller or Nauticgate.com may offer the Customer a replacement product in place of the non-conforming product.
In the event that Customer elects to accept a repair or replacement and Seller fails to do so within a reasonable time, Nauticgate.com may provide Customer with a price reduction in proportion to the reduced value of the Products, the amount of which shall be determined in its sole discretion. After Customer accepts remedy from Seller or Nauticgate.com as set forth above, Customer shall have no further claims against Seller with respect to the nonconforming product.
When the seller or Nauticgate.com provides replacement products or a full refund to the customer, the nonconforming products or parts thereof become the property of the seller or Nauticgate.com. Seller or Nauticgate.com may, in its sole discretion, require such nonconforming products to be returned to Seller or Nauticgate.com at Customer's expense.


The Nauticgate.com marketplace strives to provide the best possible user satisfaction, so we ask that you communicate or request "all available" information from third-party vendors before making a purchase (order) to minimize and prevent returns that would result in further complicationand return costs.
