Purchases of goods and orders of services on the Nautic Gate marketplace are allowed - for registered and unregistered users, from the age of 18. Registered users have the opportunity to receive benefits from both the marketplace operator and sellers in the form of a favorable price, special event, access to a limited number of business offers, etc. Registered users become members of the unique Nautic Gate club with many benefits worldwide.

There are only two options - registration on the entrance page or a request for support, and our team will do the whole process for you. Registration and verification is a necessary step, so that sellers and vendors have the transparency of the business activities of companies or entities that want to use the platform of our business marketplace Nautic Gate and guarantee professional trading, with a guaranteed trading result in accordance with good business ethics and the satisfaction of the parties involved. For this reason, we require each subject to submit documents related to business activity, private entrepreneur or business company. Authorization is not performed for manufacturers or verified clients from our database.

  • Business name / your name
  • Place where you operate (business address / location associated with your business activity)
  • Email address that will be associated with the business account
  • Your phone number that you use for business purposes
  • For legal entity (copy / scan) - Certificate, business license (authorization to conduct business) Private person - (copy / scan) - identity card
  • URL – a link to the website on which you conduct business

  • The name of the store is the identity of the seller, which is used for identification within the Nautic Gate marketplace, as well as the actual business name, which is stated in the business license or the name under which you offer your services.

  • The Seller & Vendor name must meet specifications that will not:
  1. Same as already registered seller
  2. Logo – interchangeable with another business entity / seller
  3. Rude, offensive or slang name
  4. Title that is protected by trademark or copyright
  5. The name of the specific category listed in the Nautic Gate
  6. Exclusive, official dealer will not be recognized unless you provide authorization to display such name
  7. Changing the seller's name will be controlled by the administrator and will not be allowed if it is in accordance with the rules or if there is no legal reason.

One account is enough for your sales, it is not necessary to share the access data of one person, if there are other people to administer (adding, administration of goods or services), contact Our support from your user account and request to expand people for editing or administration of your account (Sellers and administrators) with their personal data, i.e. first and last name and primary language for extension worker / account administration. If you use a service from a third party, we recommend creating a contractual relationship including responsibility for managing the content part. (This slou also serves as a control function - retrospective supervision so that you have an overview of when and who worked on your user account).

  • Payment methods are implemented by the Nautic Gate marketplace - you will always be informed by the administrator of changes, modifications or expansion of payment methods.
  • The Seller's Operating & Bank Account can be changed at your discretion, it should be in accordance with the business license or financial report.
  •  Change of place of business / addition of another or new business address – change of business address (company seat) can be modified in accordance with the business license or financial report.
  • If there is a change of registered office, business address (or expansion of the place of business) to another state, the administrator must be informed to expand your membership options so that the membership account settings have all the necessary information such as taxes, fees and shipping.
  • Changes to terms and prices Shipping must be made before new orders, not during an already ongoing delivery if the shipping price would increase the final price.
  • Changes to the Terms and Conditions must be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Nautic Gate marketplace

Primary communication with the administrator is possible directly from the seller's or buyer's "Message center" account or without logging in from the Contact Form, online chat or Chatbot will be available

Yes, the system is ready for mass import, we recommend contacting the marketplace support if you are not an expert in Data feeds templates and importing in XML or CVS, we will be happy to provide free help - support / help with importing your data and implementing it into the Nautic Gate marketplace, so as to eliminate mistakes. We will create a data feed for you based on your requirements, so that you can work with it, modify it and, if necessary, automate the process of updating goods or services. We support Google Base. In the seller's (user's) account, you have XML and CSV import available, which you can then use.

Yes, you just need to select the appropriate membership type and set up the system for your needs. You can rent & less various goods or booking services in this mode:  

  • Daily (basic mode from one day to 365 days)
  • Daily and Hourly (exact date and time / example 2 and a half days)
  • Hourly (suitable for services and contractor work)
