Schaeffertec is the manufacturer of the LOXX® snap fastener - a safety closure for professional users all over the world.
For decades known as the "Prym self-locking fastener", our high-quality locking system has established itself worldwide under the contemporary LOXX® brand as a quality closure Made in Germany over the past 10 years.
With an in-house production depth of almost 100 percent, we develop and manufacture LOXX® upper and lower parts in more than 200 variations, which enable professional users in over 40 countries around the world to connect their components easily, reliably and effectively.
Founded in 1876 in Wuppertal Barmen, Schaeffertec is a family business with headquarter and production facilities in Sprockhövel. High performance, continuous improvement and orientation towards human values are the basis of our actions.
