Schaeffertec is the manufacturer of the LOXX® snap fastener - a safety lock for professional users all over the world.
First known for decades as the "Prym security lock", our high-quality locking system - in the last 10 years under the contemporary brand LOXX® - has firmly established itself worldwide as a quality lock Made in Germany.
With a vertical integration of almost 100 percent, we develop and manufacture the LOXX® upper and lower parts in more than 200 variants, which enable professional users in over 40 countries around the world to easily, reliably and effectively attach their components.
Founded in 1876 in Wuppertal Barmen, Schaeffertec is a family company with its headquarters and production site in Sprockhövel. High performance, constant improvement and orientation towards human values are the basis of our actions.
