We design and manufacture clothing for competitive yachtsmen and yachtswomen and for sailing enthusiasts who want a combination of optimal performance and unmistakable style.
Our skin is weathered by the sun. Our hair is full of salt and our lips are chapped by the wind. Slam has the sea and the choppy waves running through its veins.
But all passions require sacrifices. Sailing is not just a pleasure, it is a need for us. We were born on the water and following a route is the reason we exist. At any cost and in any conditions.
We are practical. We demand efficiency. We use state-of-the-art technologies and processes to design each garment, with the focus on performance.
The result of Slam’s vocation for competitive sailing is a range of technical clothing designed precisely for that, with innovations that ensure high-performance for the Sportswear and Urban collections as well.
We learned everything we know in the field. At regattas. In 1979, when sailing clothes were often improvised, Slam chose the path of technological research. Forty years of tests and feedback from athletes allowed us to create garments that are suitable for all weather conditions and guarantee waterproofing, freedom of movement, protection and comfort.
