Our Warranty Policy Nautic Gate

A warranty is a form of guarantee offered by a manufacturer to repair or replace a defective product within a certain period of time after purchase. Only selected items have a warranty, which is determined by the manufacturer, seller or merchant. 

It is of fundamental importance that your claim settlement meets the following criteria:

* the goods did not arrive at the time indicated by the seller
* the goods do not correspond to the seller's description
* the product is non-functional
* the goods are not original, but only a replica


!! if you will not use the purchased goods that you received immediately, it is necessary ... that you check the condition of the goods and test its functionality !!


The warranty period may vary for individual products, therefore, when shopping, make sure that the shelf life, especially of food, is in accordance with shipping, so that the quality of the products meets your requirements.

 - The warranty period begins on the day when the goods are transported from the seller or shipped by courier and, if necessary, you register with the production number in the manufacturer's database. You will be able to register by following the instructions on the warranty card.

- Please check the warranty period for your product / item to be repaired or replaced on the warranty card or sales receipt. You can also contact your product's warranty center for further assistance with warranty claims.

Details of the manufacturer (or service center) can be found on the warranty card supplied with your product.
- Check the warranty terms of the product and make sure it is still under warranty.
- Contact the manufacturer's customer service center (Raymarine, PLASTIMO, GLOMEX, Garmin & Etc) to open a warranty claim
- If there is no warranty card, please refer to the user manual or product packaging for more details.
- In case you still cannot find your warranty center, feel free to contact us here and we will be happy to help you, we will process your repair request in accordance with our supplier. It takes about 30 days depending on each supplier.
- During the warranty period, the costs of repair and replacement are covered by the seller or merchant who sold the product to you.
- After the warranty period, you are responsible for yourself, but you can try to find an authorized dealer / manufacturer and ask for the repair of your goods.

We recommend, if possible and you want to buy your goods from another continent, to request or pay extra for an extension of the warranty period.
