Our story is italian. In the 80s, Renato Napoli, industrial expert, specialized in RHVAC production, installation, design, engineering and consultancy. He improved his background and obtained a good business reputation. In 1997 he entered the world of entrepreneurship and founded Thermowell, the manufacturer of marine HVAC.
First years, first exciting business challenges, important commission and participation at the international marine shows. In 2010, Renato’s son Mattia, proud of the value that Thermowell represented in the marine industry, began to work within the company firstly in the production department and recently in the management.
